General Rule of Sizing for Leather Belts
- Measure your waist with measuring tape, it should be done where you naturally wear your pants.
- If you wear your pants on your hips or just above that, measure there.
- For instance, your measurement is 32, you will not buy belt of 32 inch size.
- Go for 2 plus leather belt than your waist size. In this case, go for 34 belt.
- Waist + 2” = belt size (if waist is 34 inch, choose 36 inch leather belt)
- Measure your waist in a way that after passing your belt through loops of pants, you should be comfortable.
- If you measure 37.5 on your waist either buy belt of 38 inch or 36 inch.
